About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Creative to join our team at OLIVER Agency in Montreal. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and impactful visual designs that drive business results for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that showcases their ability to develop compelling visual concepts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute visual design solutions that address strategic business objectives across various digital media channels.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, producers, and project managers to achieve optimal finished products.
  • Contribute to a culture of creative excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with agency colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong background in print design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Production knowledge of digital and print standards and requirements.
  • Ability to effectively integrate design feedback and critique into work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive and independent, with strong time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Natural collaborator across all departments and functions.
  • Conceptual ability and strong visual aesthetic.
  • Progressive portfolio of past work.
