Full Time Supervisor Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Supervisor to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a Full Time Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of Sales Associates, and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results
  • Maximize profitable sales by analyzing sales data and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Ensure that store visual merchandising and graphics are maintained to the highest standards
  • Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge
  • Develop and implement effective space management techniques to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail store environment
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing experience
  • Point of sale automated systems experience
  • Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising experience
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and stand for long periods
