Full Time Supervisor Job Description

Be a Role Model and Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

As a Full Time Supervisor with The LEGO Group, you will be a key player in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our retail stores. Your leadership skills and passion for customer service will inspire and motivate our team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales and profitability by reviewing sales and margin information regularly
  • Ensure effective space management techniques are utilized to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Maintain the Store graphics system, including pricing, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Ensure all fixtures are fully replenished at all times to meet customer demand
  • Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques to identify opportunities for growth
  • Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines
  • Motivate and develop a high-performing team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values

Requirements:

  • Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail store environment combined with a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Delivery of Employee training
  • Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
  • Point of sale automated systems
  • Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
  • Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs
