Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SIU Investigator to join our team at CAA Club Group. As an SIU Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting internal investigations, evaluating liability, and providing reports to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations into claims, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and analyzing data.
  • Evaluate liability and subrogation exposures, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain clear and concise reports, including investigative findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, claims, and leadership teams.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the Fraud Committee.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in claims investigation and fraud prevention.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business, law, or criminology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in claims investigation and fraud prevention.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
