Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our association in achieving its mission and goals. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and ensure the effective operation of the association.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the association's mission and goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including members, partners, and sponsors
  • Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers to ensure the effective operation of the association
  • Develop and manage budgets, including financial planning and reporting
  • Represent the association at conferences, meetings, and other events
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and ensure the association is well-positioned to respond to changes in the market

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a non-profit or association setting
  • Strong strategic planning and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement plans to achieve goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
