Job Summary

UEI College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director of Student Affairs to join our team. As a key member of our Education Team, you will play a critical role in supporting student success and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor student activities, including Gateway to Success and College Prep Day, Student Appreciation activities, and the Student Ambassador Program.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet campus student retention, completion, and licensure goals.
  • Collaborate with Career Services on weekly meetings, senior workshops, externship readiness workshops, and student transitioning to externship.
  • Conduct classroom observations and formal observations quarterly.
  • Assist with instructor recruitment and new instructor training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year education management and administration experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of instruction experience.
  • Successful track record of effective teaching, curriculum development, and education administration.
  • Above-average user skills in computer and information technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and lead a team.
