Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding work. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic environment.
