Food Service Team Lead

At MAH FOOD CORPORATION O/A FRESH BURRITO, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
