Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property restoration after a disaster. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for the insured.
  • Quality control of all aspects of the job.
  • Manage and direct restoration staff in a supportive team environment.
  • Assess damage and determine the scope of work needed.
  • Provide superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses, and families.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the restoration industry.
  • Experience with Xactimate.
  • Passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Open to working after hours and on weekends.
  • Problem-solving and priority management skills.
  • Computer skills, working in an MS Office environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
  • Clean criminal record.
