About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Estimation: Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Design Adaptation: Adapt existing illustrations to meet client requirements, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration: Work in a multidisciplinary environment, effectively communicating with team members to achieve project goals.
  • Production Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Subcontracting: Coordinate sub-contracting activities, managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Medium Selection: Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication.
  • Design Development: Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives, showcasing creativity and technical skills.
  • Guidelines Establishment: Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers, ensuring consistency and quality in design output.
  • Design Preparation: Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, using existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
