Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Specialist to provide nurturing and responsible care for children in a private home setting. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe and engaging environment for children while performing various household tasks.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
Work Environment
  • Non-smoking household.
  • Work primarily in the employer's home.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Shop for food and household supplies as needed.
  • Discipline children according to parental guidelines.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social skills.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Organize engaging activities, including games and outings.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
  • Supervise and care for children at all times.
  • Transport children to and from school and appointments.
  • Support the emotional well-being of children.
  • Assist children with homework and educational tasks.
Safety and Security
  • Criminal record check will be required.
