About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Private Home. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a private home setting.

Responsibilities
  • Childcare and Education: Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Household Management: Manage the household, including light housekeeping, cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Errands and Transportation: Accompany children to school, appointments, and other activities, as well as run errands for the family.
  • Discipline and Guidance: Establish and maintain a positive relationship with children, setting clear boundaries and encouraging good behavior.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the children's physical and emotional well-being by maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's daily activities and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, reliable, patient, and honest.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a private home setting, with a non-smoking environment. Public transportation is available, and the employer is willing to travel regularly.
