Machining Specialist Needed at Dynamic Precision

Dynamic Precision is seeking a skilled and dedicated Machinist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise fabrication of components using manual machining equipment. Your work will directly contribute to the production of high-quality products that meet our clients' exacting specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate various manual machining tools, ensuring accurate setups based on provided blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools and materials, perform routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot any equipment issues that may arise.
  • Execute precision machining operations, meticulously monitoring processes to achieve required tolerances and surface finishes. Adjust machine parameters as needed to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed components, identifying and addressing any deviations from specifications. Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in machining is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating manual machining equipment in a manufacturing setting is essential.
