- Monitor spending and oversee divisional budget to ensure expenses are consistent with approved budgets.
- Oversee payroll administration.
- Mentor, motivate, and resolve conflict management.
- You possess a University or Post-Secondary Degree or Equivalent.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory/management role in an operations environment.
- Your experience with the Transportation industry is an asset.
- You have a minimum full G Ontario driver's license.
- You possess a Clean Driver's Abstract and clear Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Search.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have previous experience working in a dynamic, high-demand work environment with specific deadlines.
- You have advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Adobe Acrobat.
- You have the ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
- You are willing to participate in education upgrading as required.
- You possess proven financial acumen.
- You have the ability to travel within Ontario.
- You have a strong business acumen and ability to clearly and succinctly communicate ideas.
- You are a natural people leader who is driven to ensure others are successful (Employees and Customers).
- You demonstrate professional written and oral communication as well as impressive interpersonal skills.
- You are very familiar with the Central Ontario Region.
