Transportation Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to join our team at T PAHAL TRANSPORT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize daily transportation operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Plan and organize transportation schedules, routes, and logistics to meet customer demands.
- Prepare and analyze reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
- Supervise and train a team of transportation staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- 3-4 years of experience in transportation management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
