- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
This position is set in a fast-paced restaurant environment where the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff regarding their job duties, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
The supervisor will oversee:
- Food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Kitchen and food service helpers.
- Staff across various operational areas.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in a busy environment.
- Demonstrated client focus and effective interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and a collaborative team player attitude.
