- Perform Scheduled Maintenance Service: Perform scheduled maintenance service, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks.
- Test and Adjust Repaired Systems: Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including advising customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
- Complete Reports and Records: Complete reports to record problems and work performed, and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
- Coach and Instruct Apprentices: Coach and instruct apprentices in the repair and maintenance of automotive systems.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in the automotive repair industry.
- Skills: Excellent mechanical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, excellent oral and written communication skills, judgement, reliability, and team player.
