We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wills and Estates lawyer to join our team at REAL-R. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal services in the areas of wills and estates, commercial law, litigation, and family law.
  • Develop and maintain a strong book of business, leveraging your network and expertise to drive growth and success.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Wills and Estates lawyer in Alberta.
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
  • Law degree from an accredited post-secondary institution.
  • Ability to bring a book of business with you.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active involvement in the community, with a demonstrated commitment to social responsibility.
  • Participation on boards or committees, showcasing your leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Trustworthiness and integrity, with a strong reputation in the legal community.
  • Proficiency in a second language, enhancing your ability to serve diverse clients and communities.
