    • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry and company data to support assigned initiatives.

    • Lead the development and implementation of business changes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.

Requirements
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in commercial automobile underwriting.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent business experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to thoroughly review information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement optimal solutions.
  • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to justify decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information persuasively.
  • Strong leadership abilities to positively influence and direct team members.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
