About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons (2256 Strathcona). As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our food service team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
