Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Simply Donairs Ltd O/A Simply Donairs. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.

Our fast-paced environment requires a high level of energy and a strong work ethic. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
