Job Summary
Encore Canada is seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our team. As an Audio Visual Technician, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of basic/small-scale audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate audiovisual equipment, including microphones, speakers, and projectors, to ensure flawless event execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, exceeding their expectations and needs.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients through effective communication and regular check-ins.
- Monitor events and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
- Understand and implement company processes and procedures to ensure accurate systems entry and paperwork.
- Work with clients to finalize invoices and increase revenue through floor up-selling techniques.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- 1 year of audio visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
