Job Summary

Groupe Brunet is seeking an experienced Industrial and Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in optimizing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Plant Engineering and Management to optimize machinery and equipment for improved efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement production reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and resolve internal and external claims to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize losses.
  • Lead initiatives to improve production quality and reduce defects.
  • Conduct factory audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in production trials to test new processes and equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Research and recommend modernization and improvement of existing equipment and processes.
  • Develop and implement procedures for root cause corrective action and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical and visual abilities to work on the shop floor.
  • Ability to work in a dusty environment.
  • Above-average math skills and computer literacy.
