Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Engage in the evaluation of organizational objectives and strategies for the real estate portfolio, assisting in the prioritization of projects based on comprehensive assessments.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of various strategic options, considering financial implications, risks, and opportunities to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate stakeholder interactions throughout planning and implementation phases, ensuring thorough due diligence and comprehensive reviews of options and recommendations.
  • Project Approvals: Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for project funding, including financial analyses and business cases, particularly for public sector initiatives.
  • Project Planning: Investigate land development and urban planning aspects to ensure that each project is comprehensively developed with all relevant factors in mind.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in finance, business, commerce, accounting, or a related field in construction, architecture, or engineering.
  • Experience in corporate real estate asset management, financial analysis, and investment analysis.
  • Familiarity with developing real property master plans and risk management strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret clearance.
