About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Outlook Motor Hotel. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Safety
    • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring that all necessary precautions are taken to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Work Environment
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
