We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Outlook Motor Hotel. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive high-quality meals tailored to their dietary needs.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Prepare meals for guests with specific food allergies or intolerances.
- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
- Develop and oversee budget and cost estimates for kitchen operations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Establish effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely meal preparation.
- Estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards.
This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
