Insurance Account Executive - Trina Owens - Desjardins Insurance Agent
Position Summary:
Are you a personable individual with a passion for customer engagement? If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy assisting clients, a role with Trina Owens as a Desjardins independent contractor agent could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate potential leads, arrange meetings, assess client requirements, and promote suitable insurance products and services.
- Deliver timely, precise, and courteous customer support. This includes addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility criteria, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in sales (whether in outside sales, inside sales representative roles, retail sales, or telemarketing).
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening capabilities.
- Proactive approach to problem resolution.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Capability to present information to prospective clients.
- Property & Casualty license is preferred, or the ability to obtain one.
This position is with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network. Employees of this agent are not employees of Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries. Independent contractor agents are responsible for all employment decisions regarding their staff.
