Key Responsibilities
  • Dishware Management: Efficiently operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Sanitation Duties: Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas to uphold health and safety standards.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs promptly to maintain a tidy dining area.
  • Linen Handling: Carry and replace linens as needed to ensure a fresh and clean presentation.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash efficiently to promote a clean working environment.
  • Food Preparation Support: Assist in washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits as required.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store kitchen supplies in appropriate areas.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
Qualifications
