About the Role

RITA SALES ITF A. SALES is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, with a willingness to relocate.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. You will be required to work independently, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions about client care.
