Role Overview:

As a Senior Consultant on our National Accounts Team, you will serve as the main liaison for medium to large clients, addressing their requirements and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include offering strategic recommendations, overseeing projects, and mentoring junior staff. This role encompasses planning, managing deliverables, and conducting client presentations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand business opportunities with clients
  • Guarantee high-quality outputs for clients
  • Oversee multiple client accounts or significant clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Facilitate client meetings and presentations
  • Implement innovative solutions to challenges
  • Educate team members on benefits regulations
  • Guide and mentor team members
  • Conduct training sessions and participate in industry events

Your Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in group benefits or insurance
  • Relevant educational background in group benefits or actuarial sciences
  • Must possess LLQP or a willingness to obtain it
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Client-focused approach
  • Organized and self-sufficient
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
