We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Golden Chefs Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
    • Estimate food costs and labor requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Culinary Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of cooks and sous chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations
    • Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Food Safety and Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety
    • Conduct regular kitchen audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Client Communication
    • Work closely with clients to understand their culinary needs and preferences
    • Develop and implement customized menu plans to meet client requirements
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience as a senior chef or culinary leader
    • Degree in culinary arts or related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety regulations
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
