Qualifications

Work Environment

This role is set in a dynamic environment, including hotels, motels, and resorts, where the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage cleaning staff.
  • Oversee daily operations and coordinate activities among team members.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for housekeeping operations.
  • Coordinate additional services such as repairs and renovations as needed.
  • Assist team members in their duties as required.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules for staff.
