Process Improvement Specialist

We are partnering with a leading Canadian Fintech company to find a skilled Process Improvement Leader to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies, and will be able to apply this expertise to drive operational efficiency and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Apply Agile methodologies to drive project management and delivery
- Measure and analyze process performance to inform improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in process improvement and project management
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
