Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Production Labourer to join our team in Guelph, Ontario. As a Production Labourer, you will play a critical role in the fabrication and assembly of wastewater treatment filters (Biofilters) at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow production documentation and drawings to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Operate common hand and power tools, including drills, hammers, chop saws, and drill presses.
  • Build full production models (Biofilters) on a weekly schedule, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Produce small PVC plumbing assemblies and water level indicating equipment.
  • Pick and pack small parts and assemblies for shipping.
  • Assist production leads or the production manager on custom manufacturing projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Class G Licence (preferred).
  • Ability to think critically and respond to complications calmly and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
