About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Queen's Elite Academy of Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Provide Advice: Conduct thorough analyses of our managerial methods and organization to identify areas for improvement and provide expert advice on best practices.
  • Develop Quality Management Standards: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards that meet the highest industry standards.
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of our managerial policies and programs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Propose Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose changes to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance our operations.
  • Plan Re-organization: Plan and implement the re-organization of our operations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee Communication Strategies: Direct and advise staff on the development and implementation of communication strategies to ensure seamless internal and external communication.
  • Lead Quality Assessment Strategies: Direct and advise staff on the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies to ensure we meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, and a team player.
