Senior Business Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Architect to join our Business Solutions Health Portfolio team at Affinity Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-priority projects for healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Solution Design: Lead the team in designing technical solutions that meet the needs of users while aligning with Provincial technology standards and industry best practices.
- Project Guidance: Guide Health projects through the Architecture Review Board (ARB) approval process, from conception to implementation of the live Production system.
- Solution Architecture Documentation: Document and communicate the solution architecture to all concerned parties and manage the process to ensure the best and most cost-effective solutions are deployed.
- Implementation Coordination: Engage directly with operations and technical teams to coordinate certain aspects of implementation.
- Consulting and Advisory Services: Provide consulting and advisory services to leadership and teams within our Health partners and participate in RFP development and evaluation.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology + 5 years related experience; or graduation from a recognized Information Technology Program + 5 years and 6 months related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience may be acceptable.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective interactive communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated experience working at the strategic level to identify and understand business challenges and determine how enterprise architecture can reach across multiple disciplines to help form a solution.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Solutions Architecture: Experience in Solutions Architecture such as planning and designing architecture for cross-functional IT projects in the healthcare sector.
- Work Ethic: A diligent worker who can perform tasks as requested without the need for a high level of supervision.
