About the Role:

Affinity Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Architect to join our Business Solutions Health Portfolio team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design of technical solutions and delivering technical architectures that meet the needs of our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Solution Design: Lead the team in the design of technical solutions that balance input from business stakeholders, application analysts, cyber security, vendors, infrastructure groups, and others.
  2. Project Guidance: Guide healthcare projects through the phases of the Architecture Review Board (ARB) approval process, from conception through to implementation of the live Production system.
  3. Collaboration: Engage directly with operations and technical teams to coordinate certain aspects of implementation.

Qualifications:

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology + 5 years related experience; or graduation from a recognized Information Technology Program + 5 years and 6 months related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience may be acceptable.
  2. Communication and Strategic Thinking: Effective interactive communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated experience working at the strategic level to identify and understand business challenges and determine how enterprise architecture can reach across multiple disciplines to help form a solution.
  3. Solutions Architecture Experience: Experience in Solutions Architecture such as planning and designing architecture for cross-functional IT projects in the healthcare sector.
