Job SummaryWe are seeking a visionary IPT Director to lead our Energy Storage and Power Systems team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to power our eVTOL aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the implementation of energy storage and power systems for our eVTOL aircraft
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate power systems into our aircraft
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in energy storage and power systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of power systems components
- Proven experience in energy storage and power systems, preferably in the aviation industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze complex technical data and make informed decisions
