As the Senior Manager, Energy Storage System Product Owner, you'll be responsible for leading the development and integration of our energy storage systems, ensuring they meet the highest technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and integration of energy storage systems, including architecture, design, development, integration, validation, performance, certification, and production.
  • Collaborate with other IPT leaders, engineering chiefs, functional directors, program offices, and company leaders to ensure successful program planning and execution.
  • Define and manage the technical scope of your IPT, ensuring it meets the program schedule and budget.
  • Support the overall program success by defining and managing changes to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and maintaining rapid and effective change management.
  • Monitor technical maturity and ensure that issues impacting progress are resolved immediately, and corrective actions and recovery plans are implemented quickly.
  • Implement and manage risk management activities to manage technical, schedule, and cost risks of the program.
  • Coordinate technical review, approval, and publication processes for key products.
  • Support multidisciplinary program reviews and presentations throughout development, certification, and production preparation with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • More than 15 years of experience in aerospace engineering development and leadership, with responsibility for team planning and management.
  • More than 5 years of experience leading a multifunctional IPT focused on technical excellence.
  • Detailed knowledge of high and low voltage electrical power distribution topologies.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills in engineering, with demonstrated experience in delivering integrated technical solutions.
  • Experience in cost and schedule management.
  • Experience in risk management, opportunities, or threats.
  • Knowledge of systems engineering and safety analysis, including SAE ARP 4754A and Circular Consultative 23.
