Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk at CB Canada. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into our computer system with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data collection, documentation, and photocopying
  • Respond to phone calls and emails from partners and other departments

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent typing skills (min. 25 words per minute)
  • Ability to read and extract data from Excel spreadsheets
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in English and French
