About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repair Specialist to join our team at 2468765 Ontario Incorporated. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work in the repair and refinishing of motor vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Workspace: Ensure a safe and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Body Surface Preparation: File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Surface Protection: Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, preventing damage and ensuring a flawless finish.
  • Component Replacement: Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, and bolt or weld replacement parts into place, ensuring a precise fit.
  • Paint Application: Apply primers and repaint surfaces, using high-quality materials and techniques.
  • Color Matching: Mix paint, blend, and match colors to ensure a perfect match.Certifications and Qualifications
    • Auto Body Repairer Trade Certification: Possess a valid certification in auto body repair, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in the field.
    Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and attention to detail.
