Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

The LPN will perform a variety of medical procedures, including administering medications, drawing blood, and documenting patient care. This project-based position offers competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience
  • Pay rate as per industry standards
  • Relocation assistance
  • Accommodation covered
  • Shifts: 8hrs/12hrs, day and night, weekend as required
  • License transfer fee reimbursement covered

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to nursing facility policies, procedures, and standards
  • Complete medical records in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations
  • Monitor and evaluate patient health status and progress
  • Communicate with physicians and staff members to plan patient care

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Active BLS/CPR certification
  • Knowledge of Med Surg required
  • Immunization record (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Two-Step TB or Chest X-Ray)

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Fixed term contract
  • Contract length: 3 months
  • Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
