Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Operations Supervisor to join our team at HK United Trucks Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for staff.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work related to logistics and supply chain management.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
Work Environment

As a Transportation Operations Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a team.
