Job Description

Project and Financial Analyst

NorQuest College is seeking a highly skilled Project and Financial Analyst to join our Faculty of Arts and Sciences team. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you will provide financial and project management support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our faculty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial management and analysis to support the Faculty of Arts and Sciences leadership team.
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including grant and proposal development, finances, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and cost containment strategies.
  • Provide financial and procurement support to faculty and staff, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external funders and stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial software, such as PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
What We Offer

NorQuest College offers a competitive salary range of $67,798 - $89,797, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension and health benefits.
