  • Manage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts, ensuring effective rotation and brand flow.
  • Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts, establishing and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers.
  • Train with senior Account Sales Managers on their routes and cover their routes when needed.
  • Evaluate competitors' activities, such as new launches and price reductions, and communicate with District Sales Managers.
  • Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and other merchandising components.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Preferred prior sales experience, with a background in consumer packaged goods or retail organizations.
  • Knowledge of the beverage market and additional language skills are an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with university or college experience considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and outstanding relationship-building and people skills.
  • Good mathematical skills and organizational abilities.
  • A current driver's license with a clean driving record and forklift and commercial vehicle operations experience.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
