Pharmacist Role at Lawtons

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Lawtons, a leading retail pharmacy chain in Canada. As a Pharmacist in our retail setting, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care and exceeding patient expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient counselling and education on new therapies, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
  • Initiate care plans and follow up with patients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices.
  • Ensure prescription safety and prioritize technical functions to maintain a high level of patient care.
  • Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy practice and regulatory requirements to stay compliant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.
  • Injection and First Aid Certification.
  • Kroll software experience is preferred.
