Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services.
  • Formulate specifications for the items to be procured.
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers to secure favorable offers.
  • Engage in consultations with suppliers to ensure quality and service.
  • Evaluate and review quotations from potential suppliers.
  • Establish contract terms and conditions.
  • Assign contracts to suitable vendors.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and monitor their adherence.
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers to address any issues.
  • Plan and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
