As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring accurate inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records on inventory control systems, receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
- Warehouse Operations: Clean and maintain the warehouse, tool room, or supply area, and store items in a secure and organized manner.
- Shipping and Receiving: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents, pack goods to be shipped, and arrange for billing for services.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent oral and written communication, and maintain a client-focused approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Language: English.
- Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).
- Permanent Work Term.
- 20 to 28 hours per week.
