Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen Grandfalls Windsor.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items, such as burgers, sandwiches, and salads, according to company recipes and standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
