We are in search of a candidate who possesses:

- The ability to engage in clear and effective communication.
- Experience in direct customer service environments.
- A keen interest in social media engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring exceptional service for all inquiries.
- Facilitating communication between clients and therapists, including online and phone scheduling.
- Coordinating with insurance providers, handling direct billing, and managing payment collections.
- Maintaining relationships with community partners, including local businesses and healthcare providers.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks as required.
- Upholding client confidentiality at all times.
- Assisting with the upkeep of the facility, including cleaning and laundry as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in a healthcare setting, either through education or work experience.
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or sales roles.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Proficiency in MAC, Google, and Microsoft Office applications.
Position Details:
- Full-time employment.
- Availability for evenings and weekends is required.
